Who is this journey for?
You feel that something in your life wants to shift, even if it’s not yet clear what that looks like or how to move with it.
You may notice that you often adapt yourself, that you move beyond your own boundaries or sometimes struggle to feel where they are.
That you give a lot, carry a lot, and somewhere along the way have lost touch with yourself.
There can be a longing for more ease in your body. For space to breathe, to soften, and to experience yourself without the pressure of the outside world.
A longing for rest, for flow, for simply being.
This journey is for you when you feel it is time to come home to yourself again.
To gently move out of your head and back into your body, and from there rediscover what is truly alive within you. Your sensitivity, your strength, your sensuality, and the clarity of your boundaries.
As you become more present in your body, a natural steadiness begins to grow. A kind of inner calm that is no longer dependent on what is happening around you.
From that place, it becomes easier to feel what is true for you. In your relationships, in the choices you make, and in the way you show up in the world.
You don’t need any experience with breathwork. What matters is your willingness to honestly meet what is alive within you, and to give that space, step by step.
I will guide you in this process with attention, experience, and clarity.
What you can expect
This journey consists of five one-on-one online breathwork sessions of approximately two hours, spread over a period of three months. In between the sessions, there is space to integrate and to let what has been touched settle in your system.
During the sessions, we explore what is present in your life and how that is felt in your body. We look at patterns, habits, and ways you may be holding yourself back, while also bringing attention to what you truly long for.
The breath is our entrance.
Through the breath, you come into direct contact with your body and your inner world.
With feelings that may have been present beneath the surface for some time, and with tensions that have been held in the body. At times this opens something soft and subtle, at other moments it may bring more intensity.
Everything that arises is welcome.
I guide you step by step, so you can learn to feel what is alive within you and begin to trust it. So your body becomes a place you can rely on again.
Between the sessions, you will receive simple practices to support you in staying connected to yourself in daily life.
Practical
Five one-on-one online breathwork sessions, including personal guidance and mentoring.
Each session lasts approximately 120 minutes.
We will be on this journey together for about three months, with a session every two to three weeks.
Between sessions, you are welcome to reach out if something is moving or if you encounter challenges. The process often continues beyond the sessions, and it can be supportive to stay in contact around that.
